We had a client several years ago that was in a pedestrian v. car accident on a Washington state highway that pinned him between the car and his pickup truck. The client suffered severe injury to his leg, which was so badly broken the doctors had to amputate it below the knee. Hopefully, this injured pedestrian will be able to fully recover from her injuries.
The at fault driver was able to get out of his car and speak with people at the scene of the accident. It is not know yet why the driver lost control of his car.
