Client was riding her bicycle on a sidewalk along the Seattle waterfront when she hit an improperly marked curb. She flew over her handle bars landing on her face and head suffering an injury to her jaw that required surgery to repair. The City of Seattle failed to properly mark a dangerous hazard that it was responsible for causing on the sidewalk.
